The Calm & Reset Intensive is a personalised one-to-one support day designed to help you slow down, feel emotionally supported and focus entirely on yourself for a change.



Before your session, we will have an in-depth pre-consultation to explore the areas you most want support with. This may include anxiety, overwhelm, emotional eating, stress, confidence, motivation, brain fog or simply feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly trying to cope.


Your day is then tailored around your individual needs, combining therapeutic support, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing strategies and personalised guidance in a calm supportive environment.


The day is designed to help you step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself more calmly and clearly.


As the day progresses, you may begin noticing greater emotional clarity, calmer thinking, reduced overwhelm and a stronger sense of confidence in your ability to move forward differently.

You been in a trance many times before but you were probably unaware of it. For example you have arrived home with no recollection of the journey.
